Users can now create accounts for posting comments and participating in the online message board. VOA reserves the right to update or change its service in the future. VOA assumes no liability for the content that is posted on this site, or your use of the site. In order to keep your account in good standing, you must refrain from using threats, obscene language, or posting spam in the forums and across the site. Your account will be approved before it can be used. Owing to the amount of spammers, we will need to approve new accounts before you can start using the site.
